Quality at NIKSUN

Since Cicero first coined the term "quality", it has been used in various contexts. In the computer industry we classically define quality as, "The totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that bears on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs". At NIKSUN, we take a more direct approach and believe that the sum of our efforts in EVERY aspect of our jobs is what results in a Quality product offering; from an employee's first day when they make an affirmation and sign the company quality pledge to their last.

NIKSUN maintains a Center of Excellence that works throughout the company to sustain high quality standards by mentoring, training, auditing and interactive feedback. Quality standards at NIKSUN encompass all facets of the company; from design to development, research, manufacturing, training, documentation, communications and product evolution and management. The Center ensures that Quality Assurance policies are understood and adhered to by employees at all levels. Customer interaction is also monitored closely at NIKSUN so as to create an agile organization committed to continual enhancements of the overall customer experience.

Certifications

NIKSUN has the certification for ISO 9001:2008 quality standard awarded by BM TRADA Certification, a leading certification body, accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). The International Organization for Standards (ISO) is the largest standards organization in the world, with a network of standards institutes from 159 countries. The ISO 9001:2008 is a set of quality procedures covering all key processes within a business and ensures that these processes are efficient, effective and are monitored consistently allowing the company to continuously improve on its processes.
