Capital Health, which has hospitals in Trenton and Hopewell, New Jersey, is the latest medical system to be affected by a cybersecurity issue that is causing a major network outage. Experts predict that based on previous cyberattacks on healthcare systems, this is likely a ransomware attack.

While their hospitals are admitting and treating patients, there are some disruptions. Outpatient radiology, as well as some cardiology testing, are not available. The hospital says they expect to operate with system limitations for at least a week. Recently, Prospect Medical Holdings and Hackensack Meridian Health also experienced cyberattacks.https://lnkd.in/eUGK-8Mf
