Reviewing recent Cyber Attack, Private SOC Operation become mandatory facility for National Important Organization/Enterprise. NIST published cyber security framework for the nationally important network infrastructure in February, 2014. This framework might be the base for Japan cyber security environment, because of the increase of building private SOC in each company or government sectors.
