MSUM campus has around 700 devices connected to the residence hall network, but they hope to connect more as they get back up and running. The school’s IT department has been working with third party officials trying to resolve the issue, but the cause of the outage is still undetermined.
Currently, there are five things still completely unavailable: the MSUM website, printing, share sites, listservs, and local databases/software. The IT Department has been reminding students and faculty to continuously check their updates for what is available and what is not. They warn of possible “ups and downs” as they work on stabilizing the network. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
