Sky Broadband, one of the largest and most popular broadband companies in the UK experienced an outage lasting five hours. Hundreds of users reported being unable to use their internet and cellphones.
The company had warned that it would be conducting some “essential” maintenance, but the outage persisted for many subscribers even after time allocated for the maintenance work.
