Internet users in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda have been complaining about poor connectivity as service providers across East Africa acknowledged that they were having issues with connectivity. Tanzania was of the worst-affected of the countries with traffic falling to 30% of expected levels.
Internet providers across East Africa such Airtel Kenya, Safaricom, MTN Rwanda and Airtel Uganda took to the media to apologize to their subscribers and to let them know that work is underway to restore the connection. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
