Comcast’s internet service, Xfinity, had an outage on Monday which affected thousands of customers across the North Side of Chicago. The subscribers were without Xfinity services including Wi-Fi, cable, and on-demand television. Rogers Park, Logan Square, Edgewater, West Ridge, Uptown, North Park, Ukrainian Village, Lincoln Park, and the Near North Side were amongst the neighborhoods most impacted by the outages.
The North Side outage comes less than a week after a major outage on the South Side of Chicago adversely affected Comcast customers in Bronzeville, Hyde Park, and Englewood. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
