$10 Million Bounty on North Korean Cyber Spy

There has been a bounty of US $ 10 Million announced for information leading to the capture of a key operative of the North Korean online espionage group "Andariel". The UK, US and South Korea have accused the North Korea-backed cyber group of conducting an online espionage campaign to steal military and nuclear secrets.

The US State Department's Rewards for Justice program is looking for Rim Jong Hyok, a North Korean national associated with Andariel, which has been active since around 2009. Andariel targets defense contractors, military, aerospace, nuclear and engineering organizations. Recently it has also been targeting breaching the medical and energy sectors for espionage.
