Residents of Buda, Texas were left without the internet due to an outage at their provider Spectrum. The company’s team worked quickly on restoring service but did not say how many people were affected. Spectrum's parent company, Charter Communications, blamed "vandalism" to its network as the cause of the outage and the police have launched an investigation.
Due to the outage, the township leaders opened the Buda City Hall Multi-Purpose Room and kept it open all Monday night for anyone who needed internet to get things done. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
