Microsoft reported an outage that prevented some users from accessing Azure and Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft said that they are reviewing their network telemetry and recent networking infrastructure changes to find the problem's underlying cause. On the Azure status page, Microsoft said that it was investigating customer reports of having a potential issue connecting to Microsoft services from AT&T networks.
The Microsoft Service Health Status page was later updated to say "the third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) confirmed that a change within their managed environment resulted in impact. The ISP has reverted the change and we're now seeing signs of recovery. We're continuing to monitor network telemetry data to ensure a full recovery." Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
