The city of Coppell in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Texas is still struggling with an outage in the phone and internet access systems across the city. The outages started on October 23 with the Energov service but since then phone lines, internet, and digital systems have been impacted at multiple facilities.

The following facilities have been impacted by the outage:

·      Wi-Fi and internet access in city facilities and public spaces

·      CCS portal for permits, inspections, and backflow device registration

·      Water utility bill payments and utility billing kiosk

·      Service requests from the city website

·      Municipal court trial dates and citation payments

·      GIS maps

·      Digital library services
