Interior Minister Warns Germany of Cyber Interference in Elections

On Tuesday, Nancy Faeser, the German Interior Minister released the Federal Office for Information Security's annual report. During the unveiling of the report the German Interior Minister warned of cyberattacks to the country ahead of the pending snap elections.

She was particular in pointing out that Germany must bolster its defenses against cyberattacks and disinformation campaigns, particularly out of Russia. "We must also protect our democracy in the digital world," Nancy Faeser said. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
