A new investigation by Israel’s Channel 12 has revealed that Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar’s planning which led to the attack in Israel on October 7th, 2023 had been going on for years in which Hamas gathered detailed information online about the Israeli regional authorities, their security officers, their telephone numbers and their home addresses. Computers seized in Gaza reveal that the terrorist group was able to track every step of Israel's regional authorities since 2016.
For years prior to the October 7 attack, Hamas had accessed information from security cameras of Israeli communities bordering the Gaza Strip, together with computers of local regional authorities. A November 2020 document found on a Hamas computer showed that the terror group had obtained the IP addresses of Gaza envelope security cameras too. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
