There have been reports worldwide about an outage in connecting to Netflix. On Monday, December 13, 2023, a strange “tvq-pb-101” error message started at around 5PM ET until the issue was resolved at around 8PM ET. Reports of devices with problems include Roku, smart TVs, as well as people trying to stream via PS5 and Xbox. The reports came from cities scattered across the US and in different countries.

Netflix did not comment on the outage. It comes at a time when public frustration on their subscription rate increases continues. No similar complaints about other cloud services like Google or Amazon were reported. Read more about this story on our LinkedIn page
